1 What is the minimum order I must order?

We recognize that retailers have specific quantity requirements for their particular demographics. The only restriction is to order the amount of pieces of an item that is packaged per carton. The piece quantity per carton is shown on the specific item's product page (to view go to product listing then select the specific item you are interested in). Exceptions will be accepted but this is not recommended as all carton sizes were designed to hold a specific amount of pieces in order to prevent shipping damage.

2 How long will it take to prepare my order?

Certain levels of finished inventory are maintained at all times and it is possible that your required amounts may be in stock. In most other cases orders will be ready within one to two weeks. We will provide an order confirmation showing a "ready to be shipped date" for all orders so you can make necessary arrangements. For immediate requirements and or stock level information please contact us.

3 How will my order be shipped?

This is up to the customer. Depending on the size of the order and shipping destination we suggest common carriers, LTL carriers, courier, customer pickup or Canada Post. When ordering , please advise of your choice.

4 What about taxes and duty?

All taxes are extra when applicable, please contact us for our GST number if ordering.

Simply contact us to make arrangements to order samples. Samples are generally shipped within 48 hours.

9 How much does an item cost?

Please go to products and select the item you are interested in. Respond to the product ad for retail price.

10 When can I expect my order?

Your order will be shipped from our premises within two business days of receiving your payment. The actual time it will take for delivery is dependent on your location and method of shipping (i.e. ground, air, express). Generally, orders in Canada and continental U.S. are received within two weeks of shipping date when sent by Canada Post parcel.

11 How will you ship my order?

Your order will be shipped to you, choice of address by your choice of shipping method (i.e.ground , air, parcel post, courier). You will only pay the actual shipping cost charged by the carrier plus the cost of the items ordered.

12 What about guarantees?

If you are mot completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in its original condition and original carton for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Only pre-paid returns will be accepted for a full refund.

13 Is there a minimum I must order?

No. Retail purchasers have no minimun amount of pieces to purchase.

14 What about taxes?

British Columbia Canada residents must add 7% PST and 7% GST on the purchase dollar amount. All other Canadian provinces must add only the 7% GST on the purchase dollar amount. International purchasers will not be charged sales tax when exempt.

Yes. Please contact us to make arrangements. Only products of high quality will be considered. You will have to supply at no cost to us a sample of your product(s) to be considered. Include return postage charges if you want your sample mailed back to you.
